I started Anderson Construction in 2006 because I wanted to build homes the right way — with real attention to craft and a process that actually keeps clients informed. Nearly 20 years later, that’s still what drives the work.

I run every project personally. That’s not a line — it means I’m on site, I’m reachable, and I’m accountable for every decision made under our name. The clients who work with us tend to stay in touch long after the build is done. That tells me we’re doing something right.

What people want to know first.

Our custom home projects typically start around $1 million for the build itself, not including land. Every project is different, and we’ll give you an honest range during the discovery call based on your actual scope and finishes.

Most custom home builds in our range take 14 to 22 months from permit approval to move-in. The planning and design phase before that typically takes 3 to 6 months. We build out a detailed schedule before we start so you know what to expect from day one.

No. Some clients come to us with plans already drawn. Others are starting from scratch. If you don’t have an architect yet, we can connect you with design professionals we trust and have worked with in the Denver metro area.

Our primary markets are Cherry Hills Village, Greenwood Village, and Castle Pines, with secondary work in Evergreen and Golden. If your project is in the broader Denver metro area, reach out and we’ll let you know whether it’s a fit.

The short answer is Ben’s direct involvement and our refusal to cut corners on process. A lot of builders at our price point hand projects off to a project manager early on. We don’t operate that way. Ben stays in the loop on every job, and our clients know who to call when they have a question.
