Ben was GC on our Denver Washington Park pop top. Quality of his subs was excellent, especially stucco, plumbing and electric. What differentiated Ben was his continual suggestions for modifications to blue prints that did not add cost BUT usually reduced cost and improved aesthetics. Only area not completely satisfied was HVAC.....the main floor addition to back of home very cold in winter...needed more ducts
